WELLNESS TREATMENTS

Adelaide Hills House is the perfect place to relax, unwind and focus on your own wellbeing. With experience in operating wellness retreats in the United Kingdom, Southeast Asia and New Zealand, the team at Adelaide Hills House curate a suite a wellness experiences that restore your balance, renew your energy and nurture your body and mind.

Wellness services include therapeutic massage, reiki, yoga and qigong, with each delivered by expert, qualified and professional wellness practitioners. For your convenience, all wellness services are provided in the Wellness Centre on the grounds of Adelaide Hills House. 

Minimum two-hour booking. Pricing for therapeutic massage, reiki, yoga and qigong wellness sessions as follows:  

One person for two hours of treatment = $550 including GST (note: two-hour session must be continuous).

Two people for one hour of treatment each = $550 including GST (note: sessions must be delivered one after the other).

Multiple treatment sessions can extend for a maximum of four hours at a cost of $250 per additional hour. Thus, three hours of continuous treatments costs $800 including GST and four hours of continuous treatments costs $1,050 including GST. Up to four guests can receive individual one-hour treatments, as long as they are one after the other.  

There is a minimum of two-hours for each type of wellness service provided. For example, for guests requesting four hours of continuous wellness treatments, two hours could be for therapeutic massage and two hours for reiki as long as these services are delivered back-to-back (for each wellness practitioner).  

Each Adelaide Hills House guest must complete a Contraindications Form prior to the commencement of treatment. This form will be supplied by the Wellness Practitioner and is used to gather essential health information before commencing a wellness treatment or service.

Prices are in Australian Dollars and are payable to Adelaide Hills House (via an invoice which will be issued). Larger or more frequent sessions are quoted upon request. Adelaide Hills House has a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate behaviour in the wellness centre. Booking requests to be directed to your host Maxwell. Services are subject to the availability of practitioners.
