Adelaide Hills House is a luxurious two-bedroom accommodation experience for discerning guests focused on their relaxation and wellbeing. Located only 15 minutes from Adelaide, yet set amongst rural vistas, the property is simply perfect for anniversaries or some time out to rest and recharge.

A retreat for the senses awaits you in this 1921 stone farmhouse originally set amongst market gardens that nourished the community for over a century, a legacy that proudly continues today. Sensitively restored, Adelaide Hills House nurtures guests seeking time to rest, relax and recharge. Pamper your senses surrounded by lavender rows, carefully manicured gardens, a sauna room, and your private magnesium mineral swimming pool with views over luscious vines and truffle nesting oak trees. 

Adelaide Hills House has a master bedroom with king sized bed, walk-in dressing room and ensuite bathroom with heated floor, a second bedroom with views, a separate second bathroom and tastefully furnished open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. 

Set amongst 1.5 acres of manicured gardens, amenities include a swimming pool with vineyard views, a sauna room with valley views, a bathtub overlooking a private parterre garden, gourmet kitchen, baby grand piano, 65-inch smart TV, Bose and Sonos sound system, wood fireplace, outdoor dining areas, under cover parking for two vehicles. 

Guests are welcome to invite up to six (6) visitors (friends) for lunch, dinner and/or swimming in the pool. No approval is required. Visitors remain the responsibility of the house guests at all times.

Adelaide Hills House is a private retreat for mature guests focused on luxury experiences. The property is popular with discerning couples celebrating a wedding anniversary or with those seeking some rest and relaxation in a private and tranquil setting. 

Adelaide Hills House is also popular with historic motoring enthusiasts, with food and wine enthusiasts, and with those who enjoy picturesque surroundings. 

Children under the age of 18 years not permitted. Children under two years accompanied by adults are permitted upon request. No parties or events.
